The research aims to identify those factors that positively and negatively influence LAGs impact on community and on their members. Also the research will be as a handbook for LAGs across Macedonia and ”new coming” LAGs from Moldova.
In Macedonia and in Moldova will be organized public workshops with local and national stakeholders responsible for IPARD and ENPARD Programs as well as with local community players involved in rural development, on success examples of LAGs in V4 countries. V4 experts will be involved as a special guests.
The research aims to asses the rural development perspectives and strategic sectors in MD and MK that can be considered cooperation sectors between the countries. Also, the research will serve as a handbook map for new created and existing LAGs and/or associative groups aiming to cooperate with other regional partners.
In Macedonia and in Moldova will be organized training sessions on Community-Led Local Development for Local Actors. The trainers will be professionals from V4 and Eap-WB countries who experienced and implemented rural development projects.
Because in Moldova aren't any LAGs, a community will be selected as a pilot project. Local experts with V4 expert will offer consultancy and coaching, step by step, for LAG creation. For couple of days the local actors will be brought together, trained and assisted in creation the LAG. Also, during this stage, members of new established informal LAG will participate into the process of elaboration community strategy.
Community actors from Moldova and Macedonia will visit and learn from LAGs across V4 countries.
Local actors from consortia countries will participate in a workshop that aims to strengthen the ties between participants and identify projects with common interest. Also the workshop will transfer innovative tools (such as digitization process for LAGs cooperation, etc.) that will help participants involved in community development gain needed practice contributing to integrated sustainable development of the community.
This event aims to summarize the conclusions and achievements of the project as well as bring together not only project stakeholders, but also different regional actors interested in cooperation.
